This functional CD-ROM provides a compelling software complement to the book The Scientific and Clinical Application of Elastic Resistance. Written by Phillip Page, MS, PT, ATC, CSCS, and Todd Ellenbecker, MS, PT, SCS, OCS CSCS, two prominent physical therapists and researchers in the field, the software contains all the exercises in the book, making it one of the most thorough collections of elastic resistance exercises available.

The CD-ROM is set up in the PhysioTools platform and allows users to order, edit, and download exercise programs, as well as sort exercises by body part, sport or activity, or special population for quick reference;

develop protocols for elastic resistance exercises; and

provide clean-printed handouts with instructions for patients. The CD-ROM has information on 14 different areas of the body. You can develop individualized programs for patients and clients. Print out photos of the exercises to share with your patients or clients so that you can develop exercise routines to strengthen all areas of the body. The software allows you to revise the frequency and number of repetitions required for each exercise and to revise or augment the accompanying written instructions.
