You do not need to notify us first, but please enclose information so we can make sure we credit your account.

In the box with the books you can put in a copy of your confirmation e-mail, or a note with your name and address.

We will credit the credit card used to purchase the books as long as the books are still new. If you want to exchange a book just put those instructions in the package as well.

Shipping and Handling charges will not be returned unless the product was not the product ordered, or it is damaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the company. However, if the wrong product is shipped, or the product is damaged the company will arrange for return shipping.

When shipping a product back to the company we strongly suggest you use a service where you can track your package (like UPS, FedEx) or if you use the US Postal Service that you send it insured.

Secure Server

SportsandFitnessBooks.com is pleased to offer our customers SSL (Secure Socket Layer Technology) when placing orders online. This SSL is used to encrypt your information prior to being sent from your computer. By utilizing SSL your information will be encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Yahoo E-Commerce is offering industry standard 128 Bit Encryption.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders within the state of Texas. The law requires us to charge sales tax on the full amount of the order, including shipping. No sales tax will be charged on orders outside of Texas.

Payment

SportsandFitnessBooks.com currently accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We do accept money orders and cashier checks. Personal Checks are also accepted. However, with personal checks, the book(s) will not be shipped until the check has cleared, or our processor has issued an authorization on the check.

As an added safety feature, we are using AVS (Address Verification System.) This system requires the address entered to be the same address as the one the credit card bill is sent to. SportsandFitnessBooks.com reserves the right to refuse any order where the address to be shipped is different than the credit card address.

International Payment

At this time, only Credit Cards issued by U.S. Banks are acceptable. We do accept money orders and cashiers checks. However, these checks must be issued in US Dollars.

Pricing

We try very hard at SportsandFitnessBooks.com to bring you the best, and latest in sports and fitness books. We also try to offer all products at a competitive price. Sportsandfitnessbooks.com reserves the right to make price adjustments, and remove products from "the store" as a result of any errors or omissions, or any change in the marketability of products.

Product Availability

All of the products you see in our store are available and in stock unless otherwise noted. However, there are occasions that a product can be sold out prior to the company showing the product "Out of Stock." If this happens and you order a product that is not in stock, we will notify you via e-mail that the product is currently not available, and let you know how long it will be until the product is in stock. We will also give you the option to wait for the product or cancel your order.

Shipping Information

All books are shipped through UPS. We offer $5.99 Ground Shipping on all orders. It does not matter how many books you order.

We try hard to ship out every product the same day the order arrives. We will ship your product no later than the following day.

If you need your books faster than UPS Ground, we do offer 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day by 3:00 pm for additional fees. The cost of each option (other than ground) will appear in your shopping cart once selected so you can make sure you are in agreement prior to submitting your order. We do our very best to meet the delivery days listed. However, we can not guarantee the days, but we will do our best too meet them.

Next Day by 3:00 P.M. orders will ship the same day if they are placed by 1:00 pm CST. Any order placed after 1:00 p.m. may not go out until the next day.

There are several ways you can order products from SportsandFitnessBooks.com.

On-line:To order products on-line just add the products you want to purchase to your "shopping cart", when you are ready to "check out" you can "view cart" to make sure these are the products and quantities you want. If you want to make a change to your "Order" just select "Show Order", you can change the number purchased, or if you no longer want an item, just select remove. Once the "Order" is correct select "Check Out." You will then be asked for your information to complete your order.
